Terms and Conditions for DIYer

Welcome to DIYer ("the Platform"). By using our social network, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

You acknowledge that you waive any claims to royalties, licensing fees, or ownership rights for any content you post on DIYer.

5.2 DIYer Content:

DIYer owns or has the rights to all content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, and software. You may not copy, distribute, or use DIYer’s proprietary content without express permission.

6. Advertising and Monetization

While DIYer is free of charge to use, we reserve the right to introduce advertising and other monetization models in the future. By using the Platform, you agree to the display of advertisements and promotional content.

DIYer assumes no responsibility for any content posted by users, nor for any actions taken based on content found on the Platform. We are not liable for any interactions between users, including any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from user content or communications.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIYer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, Republic. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, Republic.
